Why We’re Right For You

Javier Llambias is a fair and totally honest person. Exactly what he says he's going to do is exactly what he does. Also when he gives you a price, the price he doesn't change during or after the project is complete. Always shows up on time you never have to track him down. Whenever I have called him he always picks up or I leave a message and he returns my calls in a timely fashion. That's really all you want in a company, professionalism, respect, courtesy, an above all cleanliness. This man cleans up very well during an after construction each day before he leaves a project !! Big plus in my book. You won't be disappointed I'll promise you that.

Swarm Construction Corp is a family friendly driven company. They organize, plan, and suggest ideas to satisfy customer needs and likings. Their work ethic is phenomenal. This is a company that I will be referring to family and friends. During construction time, Javier was detailed in every way possible to ensure that the task being done was perfect. One thing that stood out to me was how he would update us of any changes that needed to be made prior to doing it. He allowed our creativity to come to life. I was very satisfied with the worth ethic as a whole.

I hired Swarm, a family owned and operated company, by a recommendation from a friend for a master bath renovation. The entire process was dealt with the upmost professionalism. They came out and worked with me to determine what was the best design for my space. Binding contract was drawn, including a schedule of how the work would be completed. Certainly an imperative peace of mind in these times. Work began right on time, lead by and supervised by Javier Sr. one of the most talented and professional individuals i've had the pleasure to deal with in a very long time. Every step of the way i was consulted and informed of the progress. The outcome was outstanding, exceeding my expectations. My husband and i would wholeheartedly recommend Swarm for all your home renovation needs.
